Shipping and Payment Questions

How long will it take to receive my order? Personalized items usually ship in 1-2 business days, sometimes sooner. Non-personalized items usually ship the next day. In some cases we can even ship your item the day it's ordered. We'll always send an email confirmation letting you know exactly when your order ships.

How will my order be shipped? We use one of the major national carries (UPS, Fedex, USPS) to deliver your order. If you choose our standard free shipping option, your order will be shipped via standard ground. You also have the option of choosing 2nd Day or Next Day Air services for an additional charge. We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to Hawaii / Alaska or PO / APO / FPO boxes? Unfortunately we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO / APO / FPO boxes. All shipments must be to continental U.S. street addresses.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Where wil my order ship from? Most order ship directly from our headquarters in Austin, TX.

Common Product Questions

Can you create a custom brand or etched logo with my company logo or other design? Absolutely. We can create custom branding irons as well as custom etched designs with any of our woodenware or glassware. Contact us for more details about these and other custom options at corpsales@texasirons.com

What size are your steak brands? Most Texas Irons branding irons range from 12"-14" in length, with brand heads anywhere from 7/8" to 2" in width. Check the individual product page for specific sizes, and as always feel free to call us if you'd like more information about any product. We typically make our branding irons small and non-intrusive so they don't char the entire top of the steak.

How do I care for my steak brand? Just wash with soap and water after each use. The high-grade stainless steel will last for many years and will not rust.

Do these work with my everyday gas grill? YES. Our brands were actually designed with the smaller gas grills in mind. Our products have been proven to work in everything from a tabletop charcoal grill to a huge pit cooker.

How many initials could I do? Texas Irons Classic Branding Irons can be personalized with up to SIX letters of your choice.

How can you eat whole jalapenos? Easy ... and you don't have to love hot foods. These jalapenos are cooked on the grill or in the oven for around 45 minutes. This cooking time will cook most of the intense heat out of the jalapenos - leaving you with an enjoyable, flavorful appetizer like you have never had before.

Are the recipes hard to make? Very much the opposite, even the novice cook can prepare these treats with very little effort. Make them for parties and people start to think you're the grilling guru.
